  Abstract
The present work aims to study the interaction between Single Wall Carbon Naonotubes (SWCNTs) and poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) nanofibers obtained with electrospining method, the morphology and vibrational properties of the nanofibers have been studied as a function of fillers concentration. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) confirms the stability and diameter distribution of nanofibers. Raman spectroscopy, in resonance with semiconducting carbon nanotubes, was a powerful technique to elucidate the interaction between the different components. It was clear that the radial breathing mode showed change in carbon nanotubes diameter distribution and selective interaction with carbon nanotubes of specific diameter.
