Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Armthorpe Road, Doncaster, UK

  Abstract
This is a case report of an individual with an atypical Mycobacterial malmoense infection, who presented with symptoms and signs consistent with a colo-vesical fistula. A trial of medical therapy and close observation for a period of a few months was instigated. The fistula was successfully treated with anti-tuberculosis medication and subsequent resolution was confirmed on imaging.
