Volume 1, Issue 2 (2010) pp. 139-143 Research Article Colovesical fistula secondary to Mycobacterium malmoense: A case report M Khan*, A Hakeem and N Khetan Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Armthorpe Road, Doncaster, UK Abstract This is a case report of an individual with an atypical Mycobacterial malmoense infection, who presented with symptoms and signs consistent with a colo-vesical fistula. A trial of medical therapy and close observation for a period of a few months was instigated. The fistula was successfully treated with anti-tuberculosis medication and subsequent resolution was confirmed on imaging. Keywords Colovesical; Fistula; Mycobacterium malmoense
