Abstract |

|
|
A rare case of anterior rectal duplication cyst on a female infant is reported. The lesion appeared as a perineal red fleshy mass protruding between vaginal orifice and anus. The patient was treated by simple perineal mass resection. The diagnosis of rectal duplication cyst was confirmed by postoperative histological examination.
